Staying here felt like a dream! We absolutely loved being close to the vibrant French Quarter, where the lively music fills the air. With the rooftop pool and our room overlooking the river, it was a fantastic backdrop for family fun—and we even brought our dogs!
My kids wished for a bit more space in the common areas for playtime, as it got a bit cramped when everyone gathered up for a quick snack after our adventures.

The location in the French Quarter drew me in right away. Just a short walk from Bourbon Street, yet away from the noise. The lobby welcomed me with fresh flowers, and the ambience felt like stepping back in time. My room had high ceilings, a spacious layout, and all the expected amenities. However, I had a hiccup with the valet service. They mixed up the key for my Tesla, resulting in a frustrating hour and a half wait to retrieve my car. Staff were friendly and tried to help, but the communication breakdown was disappointing. Luckily, my experience at the rooftop pool made up for it. The pool area, while a bit crowded, offered a relaxing vibe after a long day exploring the city. The bartenders by the pool could be quicker though, and I found the drinks a bit overpriced. The breakfast at Criollo was a highlight, with attentive service and delicious options. Despite some bumps in the road, my stay was enjoyable, mixing history with comfort, and I appreciated the staff's efforts throughout.

We had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect for hitting up the Carousel Bar and enjoying some local cuisine. We also took a fascinating guided tour at Laura Plantation, which gave us a great insight into the history of the area. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly.
One weird thing was having to bring our laundry to the main lobby, which felt a bit odd during our stay.

Staying in the Preferred King Room was a mixed experience. The central location offered the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. However, the room felt cramped with limited space for personal belongings, particularly in the bathroom. The staff impressed with their friendliness and attentiveness, making the stay more enjoyable. Dining was satisfactory, but navigating the crowded carousel bar was a challenge, detracting from the overall experience.
